Responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities for Lead Product Designer at Absolve Group:** - Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback. - Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across all products. - Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products at the cutting edge. - Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization, championing the voice of the customer. - Balance business objectives with user needs to create impactful design solutions. - Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and gathering constructive feedback. - Facilitate

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Experience in leading design projects from conception to execution. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus. - Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in a startup environment. - A passion for creating seamless user experiences that drive engagement.
