Responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to define and deliver innovative product solutions. - Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends. - Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritising features based on customer feedback and business value. - Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews, to ensure timely delivery of product increments. - Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Create and manage product documentation, including user stories and specifications, to guide development efforts. - Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering input to refine product direction. - Assist in defining pricing and positioning strategies to maximise product market penetration. - Champion a customer-centric approach, advocating for user experience in all product decisions. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the product lifecycle. - Train and support internal

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech environment, ideally within a startup. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision to cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends and user feedback to drive product enhancements. - Experience with product roadmapping and feature prioritisation. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, with an innovative mindset. - Eligibility to work in Australia, with a valid visa if required.
