**Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects. - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability and safety. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and reports. - Perform detailed calculations to ensure systems adhere to safety and performance standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during installation and commissioning phases. - Oversee and mentor junior engineers and apprentices, fostering a culture of learning and development. - Ensure compliance with Australian standards and regulations in all electrical designs and installations. - Participate in project meetings, providing electrical expertise and insights. - Conduct site inspections to assess progress and ensure quality control. - Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, delivering projects on schedule. - Liaise with clients to determine their electrical needs and expectations. - Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to enhance service offerings. - Implement sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions in all

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognised institution. - Proven experience in electrical design, installation, and maintenance within the Australian context. - Strong understanding of Australian standards and regulations pertaining to electrical engineering. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software for electrical design. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Eligibility to work in Australia and meet visa requirements if applicable.
