We are seeking a talented, customer-focused and experienced Hairdresser to join our team and deliver high-quality hair services in a welcoming and professional salon environment.

• Consult with clients to understand their haircare needs, preferences and desired styles.
• Perform professional haircuts, styling, blow-dries and finishing techniques.
• Provide hair colouring services, including highlights, balayage, colour correction and other colour treatments, according to demonstrated skills.
• Perform hair treatments, straightening, perming and other specialised services where qualified.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, colours, treatments and home haircare products.
• Maintain high standards of client service, hygiene and workplace safety.
• Prepare and maintain salon equipment, tools and workstations.
• Keep up to date with current hairdressing trends, techniques and products.
• Maintain client records and appointments as required.
• Work collaboratively with salon colleagues to ensure an excellent client experience.

• Relevant hairdressing qualification or equivalent recognised skills and experience.
• Demonstrated practical experience in a professional hair salon.
• Strong skills in cutting, styling, blow-drying and haircare.
• Knowledge of hair colouring techniques and chemical treatments appropriate to the role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional attitude, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in advanced colouring, balayage and colour correction.
• Knowledge of current hair fashion trends and specialised hair treatments.
