Rustica Cucina is seeking an experienced and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team at our Beaumaris restaurant.

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes including pizza, pasta, risotto, seafood and meat dishes.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, toppings and other kitchen components.
• Follow recipes, portion standards and presentation requirements.
• Maintain consistent food quality and taste during busy service periods.
• Operate ovens, cooking equipment and other kitchen machinery safely.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and storage.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with stock rotation, preparation and kitchen organisation.
• Work effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff.

• Relevant commercial kitchen experience, preferably in Italian cuisine.
• Experience preparing pizza, pasta and other Italian dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant hospitality/cookery qualification is desirable
