Responsibilities
<p>**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with the team.
- Perform regression testing to validate that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Conduct usability testing to enhance the overall user experience of our applications.
- Analyse test results and provide detailed feedback to improve product quality and reliability.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging testing tools to continuously enhance testing practices.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge and best practices within the QA team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in the development of testing documentation and training materials for new team members.</p>

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools, such as Selenium or JIRA.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and participation in Scrum teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate findings and collaborate with developers and other stakeholders.
