At JobsNext, we respect every user's right to request deletion of their account. This policy applies to all registered users of the platform, including job seekers, employers, and authorised representatives of recruitment teams.

We aim to complete valid deletion requests responsibly and securely while also protecting platform integrity, preventing misuse, and ensuring there are no unresolved compliance or security issues before final removal.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your JobsNext account, please send an email request to: info@jobsnext.com.au.

To help us process your request quickly, include your registered email address, your account type (job seeker or employer), and a short confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted.

2. Request Scope and Eligibility

Account deletion requests are available to both job seekers and employers using JobsNext. We treat every request with equal priority regardless of account type.

For security reasons, we may ask for additional identity confirmation before we process deletion, especially where we detect mismatched details, unusual activity, or potential unauthorized access.

3. Processing Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request, our normal processing window is between 3 working days and 7 working days.

In general, accounts requested for deletion are targeted to be completed within one week, provided verification is successful and there are no unresolved risk checks.

If additional checks are required, we will still aim to finish the process as quickly as possible and communicate with you through your registered email.

Before deleting an account, JobsNext performs a verification process to ensure that the request is genuine and that there are no unresolved concerns that must be reviewed first.

These checks are designed to protect both users and platform security, and to avoid accidental or fraudulent deletions.

After successful verification and review, your account will be permanently deleted from active systems.

Following account removal, associated user data is securely deleted in line with our internal security practices. This includes profile-level information and related account records that are no longer required.
